CNC Planing & Sanding
Planing and surfacing slabs is necessary before finishing large tables, cross-sections, live-edge slabs, epoxy resurfacing, and many other wood projects. The time it takes to surface a piece varies greatly depending on species and how much material has to be removed. Time estimates can be provided prior to beginning the project.

You may provide your own materials. They are subject to inspection and approval to ensure the safety of our equipment. If we hit metal or unknown objects while surfacing your lumber, we ask that you pay the cost to repair or replace the machine's blade(s).

Wood Slab Planing
We have the equipment to flatten all different wood products. We can process everything from large slabs to dimensional lumber. You can bring your wood to us, and we can process to your specifications.
Wide Belt Sanding
Our 51" Double Drum Wide-Belt Sander features dual heads, allowing to sand two different grits in a single pass, leaving the wood smooth and cutting your sanding time in half.
Edge Joining
Using our CNC machines, we are able to joint your slabs or lumber, exactly 90 degrees to the surface of the material, to give you a perfect glue-up for your next project.
Epoxy Tabletops
We are able to flatten and sand your slab, even with epoxy poured. We can level your tables to any specification.
